Originally from the community of Huayllaccocha , Alfredo is a long-time community leader with extensive experience in local government and a background in philosophy. He specializes in social management, with work experience in the parliamentary office of the Congress of Peru and in the Andean Parliament, focusing on cultural affairs, food security, the environment, and human rights.

Clovia is an expert on social and oral health issues in the rural communities of the Cusco region. She currently combines her professional work with agricultural work, promoting food security and women’s fundamental rights in these communities.

Civil engineer specializing in ecological restoration with a community focus. He has extensive experience in the formulation and management of ARR ( Afforestation , Reforestation , and Revegetation ) projects for the restoration of Andean ecosystems and social development, working directly with rural communities. His technical expertise ensures the environmental and social sustainability of the initiatives led by Pachaillariy .
